Alongside the enhanced user experience, J&T Express is also offering a special promotion to celebrate the launch of its redesigned app. Both new and existing customers who use the app can enjoy a THB 9 shipping discount coupon.
The coupon is applicable to parcels weighing up to 20 kg and can be used with participating services, including J&T Express branches, J&T Home, YOYI, and the parcel pickup service available through the app.
The promotion is limited to one entitlement per mobile phone number throughout the campaign period. The discount applies to shipping fees only and excludes packaging fees and additional fuel surcharges. It cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
