Built around the exceptional quality of Japanese A5 Wagyu, every ingredient has been thoughtfully selected to complement its rich marbling and buttery texture. Layered with crispy oba leaf tempura, creamy avocado, savoury shoyu tamago, fresh cabbage, daikon, and vibrant shibuzuke, the burger is finished with a house-made black garlic yuzu mayo, bringing together umami, citrus, and subtle sweetness in every bite.
