The weekly culinary journey includes:

- Tuesday – Northeastern (Isaan) Region Savor the bold and vibrant tastes of Isaan through specialties such as Som Tam, Larb Moo, Grilled Pork Neck, and traditional Isaan Sausage.
- Wednesday – Southern Region Discover the rich and aromatic cuisine of Southern Thailand with dishes including Gai Golae, Kaeng Lueang, Kua Kling, and other local specialties.
- Thursday – Best of Thai Conclude the week with a specially curated selection of guest-favorite dishes representing the very best flavors from all four regions of Thailand.
