Friday Nights at Ventisi Bring the Spotlight to Beef

Wagyu beef, grilled specialities, seafood on ice, and international buffet favourites come together high above Bangkok.

Ventisi Restaurant at Centara Grand at CentralWorld presents Gaucho Night on Friday as part of its Sip & Sizzle International Grand Dinner Buffets, bringing together premium beef selections, live cooking stations, seafood, and internationally inspired dishes in a relaxed buffet setting above the city.

Available every Friday from 18.00 to 22.30 hrs on the hotel’s 24th floor, the buffet is priced at THB 2,590++ per person, including unlimited foie gras and a complimentary half lobster per guest. Beverage packages are also available from THB 149++ per person.

Alongside Ventisi’s extensive international buffet spread, Friday evenings introduce a rotating selection of beef highlights including Wagyu beef Café de Paris and grilled beef tongue Japanese style “gyūtan”, alongside tagliolini with black truffle sauce and sole meunière with lemon butter sauce.

The wider buffet experience continues across multiple live stations and counters, beginning with seafood on ice featuring Alaskan crab, river prawns, slipper lobster, crab claws, mussels, oysters, and premium seafood selections. Freshly shucked oysters are served with traditional accompaniments including mignonette, seafood sauce, cocktail sauce, and lemon wedges.

Additional highlights throughout the evening include unlimited pan-fried foie gras with balsamic reduction and wild rocket, grilled river prawns, stir-fried crab meat with yellow curry powder, and crab with fresh milk.

The buffet also features sushi, sashimi, salads, international mains, Thai dishes, carving stations, freshly baked breads, artisanal cheeses, cold cuts, and an extensive dessert selection ranging from Basque cheesecake and sticky finger toffee pudding to mango sticky rice, Thai-style shaved ice desserts, tropical fruits, and coconut ice cream brioche buns.

Set against panoramic city views from the 24th floor, Ventisi’s Gaucho Night is designed for long dinners shaped by grilled specialities, live cooking, and shared dining with family and friends.
