Dataxet Partners with Bangkok University International to Drive Real-World Media Intelligence and Social Listening into the Classroom

Dataxet Limited, a leading provider of Media Intelligence and Social Listening solutions, and Bangkok University International (BU International) have formalised a three-year academic partnership through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on 17 April 2026. The ceremony took place at the Auditorium, 5th Floor, C6 Building, Bangkok University, with the agreement effective from 17 April 2026.

The partnership is centred on bringing Media Intelligence knowledge and technology from the industry directly into the learning environment. Under the MOU, BU International students and faculty will gain access to dxt:360 Analytics — Dataxet’s Social Listening platform — alongside workshops and lectures led by international experts in Global Brand Building and marketing insight.

Representing Dataxet Limited at the signing were Robert Kabus, Co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer, and Saroot Udomkarn, Commercial Director. Bangkok University International was represented by Asst. Prof. Dr. Duangthida Nunthapirat, Assistant to the President for International Affairs and Global Education and Acting Dean, Bangkok University International Programs, and Dr. Panisara Kongthaworn, Associate Dean, Bangkok University International Programs.

The MOU builds on an existing relationship. On 31 March 2026, Dataxet was invited to guest lecture for BU International’s International Business Management students — covering the Media Intelligence industry landscape, the SMART Model framework, and a live walkthrough of dxt:360 Analytics using real data. The session was well-received, with students actively engaged throughout.

Robert Kabus, Co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer, Dataxet, said: “In an era where AI is changing so much, what brands and organisations still need most is the ability to listen — to their markets, to their audiences, in real time. That is what Dataxet does. And it is why Media Intelligence and Social Listening are not just tools — they are what helps organisations make better, more confident decisions. The people who will shape this industry five years from now are in classrooms today. They deserve the chance to work with the real instruments of the trade. That is why this partnership exists.”

Asst. Prof. Dr. Duangthida Nunthapirat, Assistant to the President for International Affairs and Global Education and Acting Dean, Bangkok University International Programs, said, “At Bangkok University International, we are committed to developing graduates who are academically strong, globally minded, and ready for the real world. This collaboration with Dataxet reflects our shared commitment to preparing students for the future — through real industry practices, hands-on learning, and insight into the rapidly evolving world of data and digital communication.”

Both institutions see today’s signing as a foundation, not a finish line — and look forward to developing the partnership further in the years ahead.
