The Coca-Cola system in Thailand—ThaiNamthip Corporation PLC, HaadThip PLC, and Coca-Cola (Thailand) Ltd., in collaboration with the Football Association of Thailand under the Royal Patronage, are excited to announce the opening of applications for the Coke® Cup U17 Thailand Football Championship 2026. Youth teams under the age of 17 from all over the country are invited to participate in this nationwide tournament, which will bring together 192 teams from 6 regions. Participants will compete for over 1.5 million baht in total prize money and the invaluable chance to earn a spot on the Thai national team and compete in a global U17 youth football competition.
Applications for the Coke® Cup U17 Thailand Football Championship 2026 are officially open, inviting youth football teams nationwide to register between 17 March and 17 April 2026. Teams seeking to participate must meet the following key criteria:
- Athletes must have been born between 1 January 2010 and 31 December 2012.
- Head coaches are required to possess a G License certificate or a higher qualification.
- Participation is open to academy teams from Thai League 1-3 clubs that have completed ‘Academy Licensing’ with the Football Association of Thailand.
- School or college teams are also eligible, provided they are registered for ‘Academy Licensing’ with the Association.
- For teams not yet holding ‘Academy Licensing’ with the Association, free registration is available.
Aspiring youth teams are encouraged to submit their applications between 17 March and 17 April 2026. The dedicated Google Form link for registration will be prominently featured on the official Facebook platforms of the Football Association of Thailand, Thai Youth Football, Coke Cup Thailand, and Coca-Cola Thailand.
Following the close of applications, the Coke® Cup U17 Thailand Football Championship 2026 is set to commence between May and August 2026, encompassing over 200 matches across the tournament. The winning team will receive 1 million baht, while the first runner-up will receive 500,000 baht.
Beyond the competition, a significant opportunity awaits 192 promising youth players from the 6 participating regions. These talents, identified and assessed by its expert scout team through the Football Association’s T-MASC model, will gain access to specialized skill development training. This intensive program integrates intensive competition with structured coaching from the Thai U17 national team staff, representing a crucial foundational step toward a professional football career, aiming to cultivate future talent and write a new chapter in Thai football history.
